Surrounded by green, overlooking a crystal clear lake and with a beautiful view of the mountains lies Bled, the famous Slovenian tourist destination.

Considered the most beautiful lake in the country with crystal turquoise water, lake Bled is the main attraction of this beautiful city.
Take a boat for yourself or with a driver to reach the center of the lake where the Church of the Mother of God arises, or climb up to the Bled castle to take a look all over the panorama.

In the surrounding area, you can find many shops where to buy typical products and souvenirs.
We went to buy souvenirs on the embankment, and we suggest you to do the same, since near the lake there’s a poor selection of them.

During the summer period you definitely need to go to the chair lift in Straža, thanks to which you can reach the summer toboggan to go down the hill.
We only rode once, but we recommend taking a ticket for two descents, especially if you never rode a toboggan before.
